Standing at a compact 31 3/16 inches tall, it fits seamlessly under 34-inch ADA-compliant countertops while providing powerful high-temperature sanitization. This model is distinguished by its Steam Elimination and Energy Recovery system, which recycles heat from steam to preheat incoming cold water, significantly reducing energy costs and improving the dishroom environment. It features a user-friendly color touchscreen with Wi-Fi connectivity via the SmartConnect App, allowing operators to monitor machine status, temperature logs, and deliming schedules remotely. With a capacity of up to 30 racks per hour and a water-efficient consumption of only 0.62 gallons per rack, the LXGnR-4 is an ideal solution for busy bars and hospitality venues prioritizing both accessibility and sustainability.
