This Imperial Diamond Series 18" heavy duty gas range features hot top with manual controls, stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge & backguard. This Imperial Diamond Series heavy duty gas range has a sleek, European styling. It's special design elements, like the wide radius high shelf and front ledge, help achieve this look along with the unique styling of the cast aluminum knobs. The knobs feature a vylox heat protection grip. Stainless steel wraps this equipment from the top shelf to the kick plate.It's a heavy duty equipment. The base is constructed out of rugged 10 gauge steel. The large 21/2” diameter non-marking legs have a 5/8” mounting stub that is extremely strong and is designed to mount easily. Their are several components to customize you range to choose from such as: refrigerated base system, remote or self-contained, standard or convection ovens, storage bases, salamander or cheesemelter broilers, range match fryers, range match Chinese woks and much more.
