Featuring two 100-gallon stainless steel kettles for a combined 200-gallon capacity, this floor-mounted electric kettle mixer is ideal for hospitals, universities, correctional facilities, catering companies, commissary kitchens, and large-scale food manufacturing operations. Its 2/3 steam-jacketed design and hemispherical kettle bottoms promote even heat distribution, making it well-suited for preparing soups, sauces, gravies, stews, chili, and other high-volume recipes. The powerful 5 HP variable-speed hydraulic mixing system features a scraper agitator and secondary high-speed mixer to help maintain consistent product texture during cooking and mixing. Designed for convenient operation and efficient batch transfer, the Southbend KEMTL-100-2 includes a power-tilting mixer bridge and kettles that tilt forward up to 90 degrees for easier dispensing, emptying, and cleaning.
