Thunder Group SLRACK1313 13-1/2" x 13-1/2" Nickel Plated Fryer Screen

Optimize commercial kitchen operations and maintain oil quality with the Thunder Group SLRACK1313 Nickel-Plated Fryer Screen (13.5" x 13.5"). Engineered for heavy-duty daily use, this essential deep fryer accessory sits precisely at the bottom of standard fry pots—including Imperial IFS-40 and American Range AF-45 models—to catch loose food debris before it burns. Its heavy-gauge nickel-plated mesh construction delivers superior heat transfer and rust resistance while creating a flat, stable surface that keeps fry baskets elevated and prevents scorching. By trapping sediment early, the SLRACK1313 extends cooking oil life, reduces flavor transfer, and slashes maintenance downtime. Upgrade your kitchen's frying efficiency today—add the Thunder Group SLRACK1313 to your cart for cleaner oil and better-tasting dishes.
