Good product but shorted on patty papers
As mentioned in the title, upon delivery, we only received 300 of the 1000 papers that were supposed to ship with the press. Luckily, I had ordered a case right away to get us going. The press works like a champ. If you don't load the burger into the press just right you can get burgers of various thickness (wedge-like). Other than that, we have been very happy with the press so far (about 4000 burgers so far).
