- Advanced Digital Control - The LED control panel allows you to program up to 99 custom recipes, including 12 "Quick Access" buttons for your most popular items. You can set up to 3 baking steps per cycle, giving you precise control over time, temperature, and humidity.
- Superior Airflow Technology - Equipped with two automatically reversible fans and two fan speeds, this oven ensures even heat distribution throughout the 4-cubic-foot cavity. This design eliminates hot spots and ensures uniform baking for pastries, breads, and roasted dishes.
- Heavy-Duty Construction - Built to last, the unit features a durable stainless steel exterior and interior. The "Cool-Touch" double-wall glass door remains safe to touch during operation and allows for easy visual monitoring of your products.
