The Giles BBT-O breading and batter table is designed to reduce breading and batter waste. Ensuring all food product is breaded evenly, the manual sifting process removes wet or clumpy dough balls from the breading mix. Because the sifter removes dough balls and moisture from the breading, the user can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight and reuse it the next day. To catch the reclaimed breading mix after sifting, the included side rail holds a tote pan or other container. This breading and batter table is useful for quickly prepping large quantities of fried chicken, mozzarella sticks, corn dogs, and other fried foods. The spring-loaded, hinged dipping basket requires no lifting to dump food directly into the breader pan, reducing hand and wrist strain. When it is time to sift the breading, the user can simply remove the bottom plug from the breader pan and dump used breading mix directly into the sifter below. A removable side shelf is large enough to accommodate a full-sized sheet pan.
