The Moyer Diebel 383HT high temperature undercounter dishwasher is ideal for use behind bars, as it features a compact design that measures 24 inches wide by 25 inches deep by 331/2 inches high. It washes 30 racks of dishware per hour using a flat rack and a peg rack. When starting the unit, the unit will automatically begin to fill. Atop the Moyer Diebel 383HT undercounter dishwasher are the LCD control display and solid-state controls, which are easy to operate. The unit is constructed of stainless steel for both durability and corrosion resistance. For maintenance, the unit automatically cleans itself soon after the shutdown control is selected.
