- Dual 50-lb. Capacity Tanks: This fryer system features two full-size, 50-lb. capacity fry tanks, allowing you to cook a massive amount of product or fry different items simultaneously without flavor transfer. Each tank has a 14" x 14" frying area.
- Integrated Filtration System: The included Solstice™ Filter Drawer System is a key feature, utilizing a two-step process to filter oil quickly and efficiently from under the fryers. This prolongs oil life, reduces operating costs, and ensures a consistently high-quality final product.
- Solid State Controls: The unit is equipped with reliable solid-state controls, featuring a melt cycle for solid shortening and a boil-out mode for easy cleaning. A high-temperature limit switch and a drain valve interlock provide crucial safety features.
- Durable Construction: Built for the rigors of commercial use, the fryer features a durable stainless steel tank with a peened finish for easy cleaning. The cabinet, including the front, door, and sides, is also made from stainless steel.
- User-Friendly Design: The fryer includes a full-port drain valve for fast draining, adjustable legs for easy cleaning access, and a removable basket hanger that requires no tools. A cleaning brush and sample cleaner packet are also included.
