Description: The Vollrath FC-4CP-02120-R is a two-well, drop-in standard refrigerated cold pan designed for commercial foodservice applications. This top-mount unit is engineered to keep pre-chilled food at safe serving temperatures for extended periods, making it ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, and buffet lines. Constructed with durable 300-series stainless steel for the well and flange, and a 20-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing, it's built for frequent use. The unit features polyurethane foam insulation for energy efficiency, refrigeration coils surrounding the well for optimal cooling, and a 1-inch integral drain for easy cleanup. It accommodates two standard 12" x 20" food pans up to 6 inches deep, and includes a remote on/off switch with a 4-foot cord for convenient operation. Utilizing R290 low Global Warming Potential refrigeration, it runs on 120V with a NEMA 5-15P plug, making it a self-contained refrigeration solution that is made in the USA and certified by NSF and cULus.
