The unit accommodates three standard 12" x 20" food pans up to 6 inches deep, includes a 1-inch integral drain for easy cleaning, and operates with a remote on/off switch on a 4-foot cord. Utilizing R290 low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerant, it runs on 120V with a NEMA 5-15P plug, making it a self-contained, NSF-certified, and cULus-listed solution proudly made in the USA.
