good for my catering business
Pros: durable, good size for me
Cons: might be too small for some people
I bought one of these griddles to use with my small catering business. It's small enough to transport easily and has a normal plug so, I don't have to worry about not being able to plug it in when I take it on site. It's been a great piece of equipment for me.
