The Vulcan K40DLT is a tilting kettle designed for high-volume kitchens. It has a 40-gallon true working capacity, which is 50% more than some competing models. The kettle is made of stainless steel and has a 2/3 jacket for even heat distribution. It also has a self-locking tilt mechanism that allows the kettle to tilt 90 degrees for easy emptying.
