Vulcan VGMT36 Specifications
The Vulcan VGMT36 is a heavy-duty gas range that is perfect for high-volume kitchens. It features a 36-inch wide griddle top with a 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate that can heat up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The griddle is surrounded by 4-inch side splashes to help prevent grease from splattering.
The VGMT36 also has three open burners, each with 30,000 BTUs of power. This gives you the flexibility to cook a variety of different dishes at the same time. The burners are controlled by thermostatic knobs, so you can easily adjust the temperature to your desired setting.
In addition to the griddle and burners, the VGMT36 also has a convection oven with a 32,000 BTU burner. The oven has a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and can accommodate two full-size sheet pans. The oven door is double-paned to help keep heat in and cool to the touch.
