CookShack has been manufacturing commercial barbecue smokers since the 1960's in Ponca City, OK. Cookshack currently produces electric smoker ovens for restaurants, caterers, delicatessens, grocery stores, and butchers, and Fast-Eddy Cookshack pit smokers. Cookshack also produces a residential range of electric smokers for home use.
