MODEL 1000-UP HOLDING CABINET
Double compartment hot holding cabinet in standard aluminum exterior construction holds eight 18" x 26" x 1" deep full-size sheet pans per compartment. Solid state electronic control option simplifies temperature setting and includes 's patented SureTemp heat recovery system. SureTemp reacts immediately to compensate for any loss of heat whenever the door is opened. Electronic control is also available with six independent multiple timers for each compartment to facilitate "first-in, first-out" product rotation.
Standard construction double compartment with aheavy duty 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and interior and two (2) 22 gauge stainless steel doors with magnetic catch. Each compartment is separately controlled. The cabinet includes two (2) ON/OFF adjustable thermostats, 60° to 200°F (16° to 93°C); two (2) indicator lights; and two (2) holding temperature gauges to monitor inside air temperature.
HALO HEAT is a controlled, uniform heat source that gently surrounds food for better appearance, taste, and longer holding life.
Holds all types of food hot...meat, poultry, fish, potatoes, casseroles, vegetables, rolls, etc. plus, you can use it as a proofing cabinet.
Product moisture is retained without adding water.
Close temperature tolerance and even heat application maintain ideal serving temperatures throughout the cabinet.
