The BK Resources BK-DIS-1014-3-18T drop-in three-compartment sink is engineered to maximize warewashing efficiency in space-constrained commercial kitchens, bars, food trucks, and prep stations. Constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant 18-gauge 304 stainless steel, this NSF-certified drop-in unit is designed to install into existing worktables or countertops to create a dedicated wash, rinse, and sanitize station that fulfills health department compliance requirements. Featuring three compact 10" x 14" x 10" deep sink bowls paired with dual 18" drainboards for convenient staging and air-drying, kitchen staff utilize this setup by scrubbing soiled glassware and utensils in the first basin, rinsing in the middle, and immersing items in chemical sanitizer in the third before resting them on the side drainboard to dry.
