Blodgett BDO-100-G-ES DBL BDO-G Full-Size Gas Value Convection Oven Double Stack

This oven is a quality example of double stack convection oven. It has great features. The standard depth baking compartment - accepts five 18” x 26” standard full-size baking pans in left-to-right positions. It also has a stainless steel combustion chamber and aluminized blower wheel. It's user friendly and safe to use.

Assembly

• This unit is to be assembled in the field. Blodgett supplies the Flue Connector, Stacking Brackets, 5/16" bolts, Flue Riser and Guard, and Draft Diverter
