Keep food warm and ready to serve in hotLOGIX heated and humidified holding cabinets. The HL2 series can accommodate 18"x26" sheet pans and/or 12"20" steam table pans. Need a little proofing capacity? These cabinets are up to the task.

- 12"x20" pans that are deeper than 2.5" can be lip hung if the racks are set on the innermost hooks
- Universal fixed wire slides
- Analog controls with a digital thermometer
- A reversible tempered glass door in an extruded aluminum frame
