Includes a thermostat, pressure gauge, safety valve, pressure limit control, water sight glass, and low water cut off
Power ON switch, Power ON indicator light, LOW WATER indicator light, and HEATING light mounted on the kettle support side console
Unit furnished with a heavy reinforced rim with a welded-in butterfly shaped pouring lip for maximum sanitation and durability
Crank tilt handle on the right side supports and provides easy and precise one hand tilting of kettle body
Units come either 208 V or 240 V, 1 or 3 phase (choose at checkout)
