This Easy Onion Slicer II comes with a 1/2" blade assembly and offers convenience in prepping. The blades are stainless steel and have commercial-grade aluminum construction for lasting durability. Since the blades are pre-tensioned, maintenance is easier and so is cleaning it. The top-down feature slices in one stroke for quick prepping action. This slicer is multipurpose and can cut a variety of fruits and vegetables. It's easy to operate and NSF approved for use.
