time and money saver
Pros: bolts to the table, easy to use, easy to clean, saves time
Cons: none!
My kitchen manager is glad we finally bought one of these fry cutters. We're saving money by not using frozen fries--and they taste better! He bolted it to the table and has worked great/

so nice, we bought it twice
Pros: saves time on prep work
We bought the 3/8" first and ended up buying a 1/2" one later on because we use it so much---fries, onions, fruits, etc etc. It has saved us so much time on prep in the morning.
