The PCG140B/SD Platinum Series Convection Oven is a gas, double deck, bakery cavity depth, 140,000 BTU of power, with standard controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Ovens can accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack.
