Star 602HF Specifications
Star-Max® natural gas hot plates are designed for years of maintenance free operation and reliable cooking performance. Whatever the menu item, Star-Max hot plates will out perform the competition. The 602HF natural gas hotplate features two side-by-side burners with 25,000 BTUs per burner, and an on-off manual control valve and a standing pilot for each burner.
