Superior Hoods CSS30-04 Specifications
This hood is 4 feet wide, 30" front to back (deep), 24" tall in the back and 4" tall in front. Best for most wall mount commercial hood applications. For use in medium to heavy cooking environments. The grease cup and aluminum filters are included. Per the Manufacturer, this hood would require 1000 to 1200 CFM if at least one side is against a wall.
Many hoods are made of stainless steel only externally and galvanized metal internally. This grease hood of 100% Stainless Steel throughout the entire system and will stand the test of time and regular cleaning.
With the shallow front design of 4 inches, this hood is ideal for locations where low ceilings are present, especially in concession trailers or trucks. The hood will still drops down close to the cooking surfaces in the back but gives plenty of head room for taller kitchen staff and feels less closed in overall.
The filters in the hood are standard 20-inch high as opposed to 16-inch high. This provides more filtering surface, which increases efficiency and is quieter to operate.
