The J Series Sandwich / Salad Prep Tables from is designed to offer years of dependable performance. The innovative cold air compartment isolates the pans from the reach in area to maintain temperature, and prevent food spillage. The 9-1/2” deep by 1/2” thick cutting board is secured by convenient slide rail brackets which make removal for cleaning easy. From the oversized and balanced refrigeration system, to the stainless steel cabinet construction, this prep table is sure to exceed expectations for years to come.
