- Powerful Dual Flow Gas System: Delivers a powerful 55,000 BTU/hr output per deck using Blodgett's Dual Flow Gas system, which combines direct and indirect heat for fast preheating, quick recovery, and superior cooking results.
- High-Volume Capacity: The standard-depth baking compartment is designed to hold (5) 18"×26" standard full-size sheet pans in a left-to-right configuration.
- Even & Consistent Cooking: A 1/2 HP two-speed fan motor with a dual inlet blower wheel circulates air efficiently throughout the porcelainized baking chamber, ensuring uniform temperatures and perfectly cooked food, batch after batch.
- Easy Access and Safety: The control panel is a modular, slide-out design for easy service access. Includes an electronic spark ignition and a manual gas service cut-off switch for safe operation.
