The solid-state digital controls with an LED display offer a temperature range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) and feature "Cook & Hold" and "Pulse Plus®" fan delay for versatility in cooking.
- Robust and Durable Construction: The MARK-V-111 is built to last. Its full angle-iron frame and heavy-duty stainless steel exterior ensure durability and longevity. The porcelainized interiors are easy to clean and resist rust.
- Even Cooking Performance: Each oven has a powerful two-speed, 1/2 horsepower blower motor that circulates hot air evenly, ensuring uniform cooking and browning across all racks.
