This item is a Delfield Shelleymatic Salad Ace Salad / Vegetable Dryer. Get fresh, crisp and appealing salad products with no damage to the foods. This dryer removes moisture from lettuce and other vegetables through efficient spin-action.
Some of the features and benefits of this dryer include:The outer body is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel. Legs are 1"
(2.54cm) outside diameter, 16-gauge stainless steel tubing with 4"
(10.16 cm) diameter locking stem casters for mobility.
The outer lid is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel.
The inner liner is a one-piece durable polyethylene plastic with 3/8"
(.95cm) diameter holes for proper water disbursement.
This dryer has a completely enclosed, water-tight motor mounted underneath
the unit. Electrical box for capacitor and timer control is mounted
on the bottom of the unit.
This dryer has a 1.5" (3.81cm) outside diameter drain, and an adjustable
on/off timer for selection of drying cycles of up to five minutes.
Stainless steel hooks are mounted on the lid and sides of the unit for
storage of the lid and cord when unit is not in use.
