The Vulcan LG500 is a high-powered gas floor fryer designed for commercial kitchens. It boasts a large capacity, able to hold 65-70 lbs of oil, perfect for high-volume frying. This fryer comes in both natural gas and liquid propane models, and cranks out a powerful 150,000 BTUs to efficiently heat your oil for crispy results. For safety, the LG500 features a stainless steel exterior with a durable door, and a high-limit safety switch that automatically shuts down the fryer if the oil gets too hot.
