A Warming Draw could be a great help to your restaurant or food service business. This CVap Holding Cabinet is manufactured by Industries. It's an under-counter unit, and comes equipped with user friendly features. It stands at 15.7", and has (2) electric differential controls. The patented CVap feature allows you to maintain the integrity of the food in the warmer until it's ready to serve. You can fry chicken and serve it later without loosing that freshly fried texture!
CVap® Hold & Serve Drawers are designed for high quality holding and serving of a wide variety of menu items for extended times. They are ideal for holding, warming, and serving.
This warming draw can accommodate (1) full steam table pan (6" (152 mm) deep), 2 half steam table pans, 3 third steam table pans, or 1 1/1 gastronorm pans. The stainless steel interior of this unit is easy to clean and has anti-corrosive properties. It's also UL and NSF listed for use.
