Fantastic slicer, very easy to clean.
Pros: Excellent build quality. Very easy to clean.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase from ACityDiscount. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn't purchase this for a business but for home/lite catering use. Yes, it's overkill for home use but it'll last forever. The best thing is it's very easy to clean and sanitize and safe to handle - IF you follow the instructions. These machines are very sharp! I cold smoke bacon and find this machine indispensable for thin slicing. Also does an excellent job slicing cheese, which is the main reason I didn't purchase a lesser machine. This machine also slices deli meat VERY thin!
